We didn't try the restaurant for our evening meal, but breakfast on the terrace was good value, and we loved looking out to sea.The food had the potential to be great French food but ... we waited twenty minutes for our starter plate to removed (smoke salmon) then we waited over an hour for one steak and one sole meunière. Anse du Bec de la Vallée is minutes away. Plate of Fruit de Mer was excellent but both my wifes and my fish...The Printania is like stepping into the past with the decorated wood work, thick carpets that have aged very well, wonderful paintings, full of antiquities that, to an English eye, appear very quaint, I was glad to see that it had not changed from when...Amazing food with a great sea view.

Our room overlooked the street, and we wished we had paid more to have a sea view, but it was clean and comfortable. Everyone was finishing and leaving and still no main, worst of all no one came to say sorry and when we asked the waitress she said “I’m not cooking!”. We loved the hotel.
