She disappeared afterward. I read more form cd inserts than watching this damn film. Music can be a unifier, a healer, devoid of all the nasty and unjust stigmas but sometimes the masses ain’t really ready. With a career spanning 60 years and 100 acting credits, she is regarded as one of the greatest actresses in Hollywood history. A recipient of two Academy Awards, she was the first thespian to garner ten nominations.

The doc moved a bit slow in parts but I found myself connecting deeply with her story - especially with the losses she faced via relationships and loved ones.
