Ox cheeks were delicious and dessert of poached pear with ice cream etc was sensational.

The service was...We used Hotel Mont Aigoual as centre for day trip hikes in the surrounding mountains and causses, and it is a real gem, truly living up to being the perfect classic French country hotel. Both room and bathroom were clean and well keeped.
